Exchange and refund policy

- Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and includes all the products that we offer in our store.

- All products displayed in our store are subject to an exchange and refund policy in accordance with the terms and conditions described on this page.

- It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and packaged in the original packaging.

- Return within three (3) days and Exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a refund or replacement.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or there is a certain defect, or not used as agreed.

- The customer is fully refunded if the product he arrived with is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the client that we did not mention on the product page on our website.

- A 30 percent discount of at least 25 riyals if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any problem.
